It feels like I’ve always been drawn to the world of technology – ever since I won a computer skills award at the age of 9. This early recognition gave me the confidence to pursue my passion for computers and technology, and I knew from that moment on I wanted to build a career in IT.

As Client Services Manager, I’m responsible for ensuring that the team operates efficiently and effectively, and that we resolve issues in a timely and professional manner for our clients. I love that no day is the same and there is always something new to learn – plus it’s pretty satisfying to see my team achieve such amazing CSAT scores every month.  

Working at The Missing Link is an energizing and rewarding experience. My dynamic and forward-thinking team loves collaborating on projects, sharing ideas, and building new skills while delivering innovative solutions.

Outside of work, I’m usually searching for the best place to get a margarita or cooking up a feast for friends and family. Otherwise, I’m catching up on the latest dance music and trying my luck as the next biggest DJ.
