Every year, Cloudtango honours the most successful managed service providers (MSPs) in Australia. In the tenth edition of MSP Select, The Missing Link was chosen for consistently achieving exceptional results.

Nick Forster was awarded Exabeam's Technical Person of the Year Award. As the Head of Security Operations, Nick was recognised for his exceptional technical expertise and dedication to driving success.

The Missing Link was awarded the Exabeam MSSP/MDR Partner of the Year Award for the second consecutive year. This was in recognition of our excellence in providing security services and solutions.

The Missing Link won the ARN Partner Innovation award for SMB. The Missing Link has continuously strived to recognise the unique needs, challenges and potential of the SMB sector by mixing RPA with AI.

Nick Forster, our Head of Security Operations won the ARN Personal Innovation award for Management Excellence. Nick helps deliver round-the-clock services to over 200,000 end users globally and has been instrumental in fostering a culture of personal growth, collaboration, openness and integrity.

Benjamen Maher, our Project Consultant, took out Partner Champion Award: Technical at Mimecast Partner Connect Sydney 2023. The award recognises partners that differentiate themselves and deliver additional value to customers.

The Missing Link was recognised as Dell Technologies' Medium Business Top Performer in 2023 during their A/NZ Partner Summit in Sydney. This Summit recognised partners for growing their business within the Dell Technologies Partner Program and unlocking new possibilities for their customers with transformational technology solutions.

The Missing Link as been recognised for our outstanding contributions as a Nozomi partner, providing exceptional security services and solutions to OT customers throughout Australia. This achievement is a testament to the expertise, dedication, and commitment of our team.

Lakshmy Seshan, our Account Director, took out Partner Champion Award at Mimecast Partner Connect Sydney 2022. The award recognises partners for leading with Mimecast, thoroughly understanding its value proposition and working in a true partnership to achieve mutual goals.

John Jurkov, our Principal Cyber Security Consultant, was recognised for his Management Excellence by ARN at their 2022 Innovation Awards for displaying the qualities that define a true leader in areas such as recruitment, optimising cash flow and boosting team morale.

The Missing Link has been awarded Rapid7's APAC Vulnerability Management Partner of the Year! Highlighting our exceptional growth, dedication and collaboration to the Rapid7 Partner Program throughout the year.

We’re proud to announce that The Missing Link has been recognised as the Netskope APAC Partner of the Year! This is an outstanding achievement, and testament to our teams hardwork. 

Maddie Rothwell, our Service Delivery Manager, took out the award for Rising Star - Partner at the 2021 ARN Women in ICT Awards! Recognised for her strong drive and willingness to learn, which have earned her many promotions since joining The Missing Link.

Thank you to ExtraHop for awarding us Rookie Partner of the Year in their 2021 Partner Awards! It's great to be recognised with this award and we look forward to continuing our amazing work together. 

The Missing Link has placed as Finalists for the 2021 Sydney Metro Business Awards in three categories! Congratulations to Callum Walker, Outstanding Young Business Leader, and Sammy Owen, Outstanding Employee. The Missing Link was also recognised as an Employer of Choice.

We won the Channel Choice Partner award in 2020 for the third time in a row, which we are extremely proud of. This could not have been done without the incredible support from our industry peers and hard work from our team.

Our COO, Karen Drewitt won ARN's WIICTA Community Award for 2020! She was recognised for her exemplary service to the technology sector through her volunteering with CompTIA, Young ICT Explorers and Tech Girl Movement Foundation. 

Our COO, Karen Drewitt won CRN's Women Leading Growth Award for 2020! She continually leads our team to success and is a source of inspiration for us all. This award recognises the fastest-growing companies led by women.

The Missing Link Security is proud to be ranked #401 in the Financial Times High-Growth Companies Asia Pacific 2020 List. An absolute revenue growth of 69.5% between 2015-18  is an incredible testament to our team's hard work. 

Paul Friend, our Security Account Director, was recognised by ARN for his sales excellence at The Missing Link. He was awarded for his sales figures show well over 115 per cent growth with an average of more than 50 per cent year-on-year revenue growth over the duration of his tenure. 

John Jurkov, our Senior Security Consultant was recognised by ARN for his technical excellence at The Missing Link. He was chosen as the lead penetration tester for an $800 million mega-project for one of Australia's largest financial institutions, demonstrating his high-level innovation skills and technical excellence.

We are proud and humbled to be #41 on the CRN Fast50 2020 List! This is a testament to our team's sheer hard work and tenacity and a big thank you to everyone who has supported us throughout our journey, we couldn't have done this without you!

Ellie Johnston won the 30 Under 30 Tech Award for her fantastic Sales achievements. She has consistently been ranked as one of the top-performing Sales personnel within the Security division and continues to mentor several junior members of the Sales team.

Callum Walker was recognised in the 2020 Emerging Leaders Forum with the 30 Under 30 Award for his Management excellence. He leads our Service Experience team and has been key in achieving outstanding results across the board.

Melody Lei, our Senior Security Consultant, won the Technical award at the ARN Women in ICT Awards (WIICTA) 2019. During her time with The Missing Link, she has excelled in web application development and cloud technology, solving complex security challenges. She has more than a decade of cyber security experience and also supports the development of many young female IT professionals. 

The Missing Link Security is proud to be on the CRN Fast 50 list again in 2019! Our impressive year-on-year growth of 35% has landed us in #39 position. It’s amazing to be recognised as one of Australia’s fastest-growing IT companies and this wouldn’t have been possible without our incredible team members, customers & channel community partners!

We won the Channel Choice Partner award in 2019 for the second time in a row, an incredible feat only possible with the support of our well-wishers and industry peers. We are truly proud of this achievement and this is dedicated to our team for their exceptional commitment to our clients.

Our Account Director, Ashley Steadman won the Sales Excellence award in 2019 after exceeding his annual targets in just two quarters. Ash has delivered incredible value to The Missing Link over the past decade and continues to work seamlessly alongside marketing, purchasing and technical teams.

The Missing Link won the New Partner of the Year Award from Sophos in 2019. Our team has been truly delighted with the accomplishment and we look forward to a successful partnership with Sophos in the future.

Halen Youles was recognised by ARN as one of the top emerging leaders in Australia. He was one of only 10 Sales Executives in the ARN 30 Under 30 Tech Awards 2019.  

The Missing Link Security has seen its incredible growth and success honoured in this year's Financial Review Fast 100 List, the awards recognise the fasted growing companies in Australia. An incredible 126% growth year on year since the inception of the division 4 years ago, earned it #7 on the highly respected list.

Our CEO, Alex Gambotto, has been inducted to the ARN Hall of Fame after dedicating 20+ years in the IT industry. Alex has been one of the most sought-after leaders in the ICT industry and has been fuelling the company's growth every year.

The Missing Link Security makes the CRN Fast50 again. This time, our incredible year-on-year growth of 74% saw us hit position #24. Their numbers-based approach means the CRN fast50 is the only awards program in the Australian technology industry, that recognises the best businesses based on hard facts.

Bec Ney, our Head of Marketing, took home the Rising Star award at the ARN Women in ICT Awards (WIICTA). She has had a well-deserved, meteoric rise through the ranks here at The Missing Link. Recently she's focused on transforming our marketing, with data driven campaigns that align with sales strategies to deliver on the true needs and wants of our customers.

At the ARN Innovation Awards 2018, we were proudly awarded the Channel Choice Partner Award. The award recognizes the incredible effort put in by The Missing Link team and caps off a year of exceptional growth and sincere commitment to our clients.
