Melody Lei, our Senior Security Consultant, won the Technical award at the ARN Women in ICT Awards (WIICTA) 2019. During her time with The Missing Link, she has excelled in web application development and cloud technology, solving complex security challenges. She has more than a decade of cyber security experience and also supports the development of many young female IT professionals.
The Missing Link Security is proud to be on the CRN Fast 50 list again in 2019! Our impressive year-on-year growth of 35% has landed us in #39 position. It’s amazing to be recognised as one of Australia’s fastest-growing IT companies and this wouldn’t have been possible without our incredible team members, customers & channel community partners!

The Missing Link won the New Partner of the Year Award from Sophos in 2019. Our team has been truly delighted with the accomplishment and we look forward to a successful partnership with Sophos in the future.
Halen Youles was recognised by ARN as one of the top emerging leaders in Australia! He was one of only 10 Sales Executives in the ARN 30 Under 30 Tech Awards 2019.
The Missing Link Security has seen its incredible growth and success honoured in this year's Financial Review Fast 100 List, the awards recognise the fasted growing companies in Australia. An incredible 126% growth year on year since the inception of the division 4 years ago, earned it #7 on the highly respected list.
Our CEO, Alex Gambotto, has been inducted to the ARN Hall of Fame after dedicating 20+ years in the IT industry. Alex has been one of the most sought-after leaders in the ICT industry and has been fuelling the company's growth every year.
The Missing Link Security makes the CRN Fast50 again. This time, our incredible year-on-year growth of 74% saw us hit position #24. Their numbers-based approach means the CRN fast50 is the only awards program in the Australian technology industry, that recognises the best businesses based on hard facts.
Bec Ney, our Head of Marketing, took home the Rising Star award at the ARN Women in ICT Awards (WIICTA). She has had a well-deserved, meteoric rise through the ranks here at The Missing Link. Recently she's focused on transforming our marketing, with data driven campaigns that align with sales strategies to deliver on the true needs and wants of our customers.
At the ARN Innovation Awards 2018, we were proudly awarded the Channel Choice Partner Award. The award recognizes the incredible effort put in by The Missing Link team and caps off a year of exceptional growth and sincere commitment to our clients.

The Missing Link WON the Mimecast PARTNER INNOVATION award for 2018! Congratulations to all the finalists and winners. We were amongst some incredible talent and we are very proud of our team.
Aaron Bailey, Chief Information Security Officer, took home the Management Excellence Award from ARN. Aaron won the award in recognition for growing The Missing Link’s Security division in size and cutting-edge services. Aaron has grown the security team by over 50 per cent, brokered new vendor partnerships, recruited new customers and opened a Melbourne office.
Alana Reynard, Senior Infrastructure Architect, won the Technical Excellence Award at ARN’s Women in ICT Awards in November 2017. Alana has over 13 years’ experience in Australia & the UK, holds over 19 vendor certifications and is a member of our Technical Leadership Team.
Clare Burman, Senior Sales Executive, won the award following an outstanding year of sales excellence. Clare has directly influenced The Missing Link’s growth by increasing her contract sales by 35 per cent, which was on top of a growth rate of 89 per cent during the prior year.
We were proudly awarded Innovation Partner of the Year 2017 recently at the Carbon Black conference in Malaysia.
We are proud to be recognised as the Mimecast Rising Star for 2017! Mimecast is a leading provider of essential cloud services for Microsoft Exchange. Mimecast’s security, archiving and continuity cloud services protect business email and deliver comprehensive email risk management in one fully-integrated subscription service.
After experiencing 333.26% growth in 2016, we were awarded the number 1 spot in CRN’s Fast50. We were the largest company to top the Fast50 in five years; and the only company to crack $10 million without acquisitions. It is the fourth time The Missing Link has featured on the prestigious list. This year's inclusion was driven by the strong growth in our Security division, headed by Aaron Bailey & Sam Marshall.
Westpac Banking Corporation recognised The Missing Link Security in 2016 as one of their 200 business of tomorrow. To qualify in the final 200, businesses must demonstrate to the judges that they are shaping Australia’s future in ways big or small. We are one of “200 businesses today, ready to take on tomorrow.”
In 2016 we earned our place as a CRN Most Versatile Provider / Most Valuable Partner once again in the only program that recognises IT providers based on their aggregate partner status across multiple leading vendors.
