What is the Open License Program? 

The Microsoft Open License program was launched for SMBs to provide access to the latest Microsoft technology and to buy multiple perpetual software licenses at a volume price. With Open License, IT Managers have been able to purchase software licenses and online services as needed to avoid overspending on licenses that would not be used or surpassed the organisation's needs.
