We've levelled up, and we are opening an office in the UK!

The last year has posed both new and unique challenges for us all. Ultimately, COVID-19 hit the 'fast-forward' button for the IT industry and rapidly accelerated existing trends like remote work and digital transformation. As a consequence of the deepened dependency on digital technologies, there was a rise in cybercrime worldwide.

Despite the challenges of 2020, The Missing Link reached new milestones and continued to achieve better business outcomes for our customers and partners.

Now we are ready for our next challenge…expanding our mission to the UK!

We've been exploring an overseas expansion for a while now, and London makes a lot of sense for us as a company. By taking our mission to the UK, we can help businesses achieve their goals with the right IT solutions and services.

We've already established a strong team of staff, and we are also in the process of extending our strategic partnerships with our vendors and distributors that have staff or operations in the UK to cover our new entity.

In a video game, when you make a mistake, you can always try again. However, in real life, we don't get that luxury. A single point of failure can be catastrophic and extremely costly for individuals and businesses alike, highlighting the ever-more important reason to be considered when selecting IT partners to go on the journey with.

Our expansion has already been met by an overwhelming response from new and existing clients in the region. We want to thank our customers and partners for their continued support and engagement with us. As we scale and grow alongside our customers, we are determined to deliver the same dedicated service and solutions our current customers have become accustomed to.

We're excited about the challenge that a new time zone and market will bring.

Aaron Bailey, CISO, had the following to say about our recent expansion:

"We are extremely excited by this opportunity, and while some may consider the current 'new normal' times that we live in to be an odd time to consider international expansion, we have not only survived but thrived and continued to grow our business during this time. It is clear that the cyber security threats that all organisations and governments of every size face are increasing in scale, frequency and sophistication, and the demand from clients for our unrelenting service ethic is increasing rapidly. We see this expansion as yet another way to scale in order to meet that demand, and we are extremely excited with what the future holds."
