I rocked up to the doorstep of The Missing Link in 2006 with no experience.. and no idea. Starting humbly at reception, as the Director of First Impressions, I seized new opportunities with gusto, taking on new roles and challenges with passion and drive.
After nearly two decades with The Missing Link, I'm still passionate about helping people, embracing new challenges, and proving that enthusiasm can survive in IT. I've had the opportunity to watch both the company and our customers evolve, while helping businesses navigate everything from IT strategy and cybersecurity to cloud transformations and the occasional "Have you tried turning it off and on again?" moment.
Today, I'm a Sales Director, working with an incredible team to help organisations get the most value from technology. The best part of my job isn't the technology, it's the people. Building long-term relationships with customers, supporting my team, and working alongside some of the smartest people in the industry keeps me motivated every day.
Outside of work, you'll find me spending time with my family, playing beach tennis, or planning the next snow trip!
