IUS has for several years used the professional services of The Missing Link (TML) to formulate and rollout
technology projects in the upgrading and securing of the IUS network throughout all the offices of IUS
located in 5 states of Australia.
Due in no small part to TML, IUS use nearly 100% ‘best-of-breed’ hardware and software for the
minimisation of downtime to its operating network and the streamlining of essential administration functions.
IUS is an active member of the TML SmartServices program and has on but a few occasions required the
activation of this service in the rebuild of a server or other failed items covered in the program.
The time to
respond and the final outcome in these situations has exceeded our expectations of being in such a
program.
My general association with TML has grown substantially over the years and I can vouch for the young,
dynamic team that the TML directors have employed and seek to employ to further theirs and more
importantly, their clients businesses.
